Shipping Policy

You may cancel an order up to 72 hours prior to shipment. Purafil will gladly exchange or replace the item(s) due to damages in transit. Please call Customer Service at (866) 222-3040 with the serial number of the unit for assistance in receiving a replacement. You may return items with a Return Merchandise Authorization if the Purashield is unsatisfactory within 30 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. We encourage you to call Customer Service at (866) 222-3040 so that a representative may help you.


Larger items have their own delivery process. Here’s a list of steps for this kind of shipment:

1. Larger shipments will be shipped via freight, with custom freight quotes based on the weight and quantity of the shipment.
2. Your order gets picked up from the warehouse. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.
3. You schedule a delivery appointment. When the local delivery agent has your order, they will contact you to schedule a delivery date and set a time window.
4. Check the conditions and packaging of your order. If something has come to you in an unsatisfactory way, feel free to contact us about your order.

Delivery Methods

Your product will be delivered by truck via ground transport as with ground transport or freight. With larger units, you will be able to set the time of delivery. Our third-party delivery trucks will drop off the product outside your location. Because we rely on third-party delivery services to safely deliver your product to you, we do not offer delivery options outside of the policies given by the carrier. 
We do not provide additional services of assembly and delivery inside your location.
